I have a deep passion for animals and a love for providing exceptional service. For the last three years, I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative at Presidio Way Pet Hospital. Born and raised in San Francisco, my career journey began in the healthcare industry, where I spent 13 years working as a CSR for a PM&R doctor. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills and a compassionate, dedicated approach to customer care.

While I love all animals, dogs hold a special place in my heart, and I’m committed to ensuring every pet receives the best care possible. Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in the world of video games, exploring a variety of genres. I’ve also enjoyed cooking and photography in the past, which highlights my diverse interests and hobbies.
